1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and using RigMiles, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

RigMiles is a trip logging, IFTA mileage tracking, and fleet management tool designed for truck drivers and owner-operators. The app helps you record trips, fuel stops, maintenance, and compliance documents.

3. Your Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter
  • RigMiles is a tool to assist with record-keeping — it does not replace the advice of a licensed tax professional or attorney
  • You must not use the app for any unlawful purpose
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials

4. IFTA & Tax Disclaimer

RigMiles provides reports and summaries to assist with IFTA filing, but does not guarantee compliance or accuracy for tax purposes. Always review your reports and consult a professional before filing. You are solely responsible for any filings submitted to tax authorities.

5. Limitation of Liability

RigMiles is provided "as is." We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including errors in IFTA calculations, missed deadlines, or data loss.

6. Subscription, Pause & Cancellation Policy

RigMiles offers monthly and annual subscription plans. The following rules apply to included services such as IRS Form 2290 e-filing:

  • Full-year inclusion: Form 2290 filing assistance is included for subscribers who remain active for the full tax year (July 1 – June 30).
  • Early cancellation: Subscribers who cancel before the end of the tax year (before June 30) are eligible for a prorated credit toward a future subscription — not a cash refund.
  • Pause option: Instead of canceling, subscribers may pause their subscription for up to 3 months. All data is retained during a pause and the subscription resumes automatically at the end of the selected pause period.
  • No refunds for partial months: Subscription fees are non-refundable for any partial billing period already charged.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time, and your data will be removed upon request.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of RigMiles after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
